§ 130.03 MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits to purposely, willfully, or maliciously injure in any manner, or destroy any real or personal property of any description belonging to another. Nothing herein shall be construed to inhibit in any way the indemnification to the owner of the property by any person convicted hereunder.
