§ 115.35 USER CLASSES AND DIVISION.
   Subscribers may be divided into commercial and residential classes. Nothing in this provision shall prohibit the reduction or waiving of charges in conjunction with promotional campaigns for the purpose of attracting subscribers. Rates for commercial and noncommercial users of access channels may be established separately. Nothing herein shall prohibit preferential rates for noncommercial users.
