(A) A franchisee shall maintain an office located within the city limits of the City of Schuyler which shall be open during all usual business hours, have a publicly listed telephone, and be so operated that complaints and requests for repairs and adjustments may be received on a 24-hour basis.
(B) A franchisee shall maintain a repair and trouble shooting force capable of responding to subscriber complaints or requests for service within 24 hours after receipt of the complaint or request. No direct charge shall be made to the subscriber for this service.
(C) The grantee shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in the business of selling, leasing, renting, repairing, or replacing home television receivers or audio distribution systems except when the audio distribution systems are provided as an integral part of a video system.
