(A) In the event that its service to any subscriber is interrupted for 24 consecutive hours, except for acts of God, and except in circumstances for which the prior approval of the interruption is obtained from the City Council, grantee shall provide a prorated rebate of the monthly fees to affected subscriber.
(B) In the event that its service to any subscriber is interrupted for 168 or more consecutive hours, except for acts of God, and except in circumstances for which prior approval of the interruption is obtained from the City Council, grantee shall provide a 100% rebate of the monthly fees to the affected subscribers.
