§ 115.23 HEAD END EQUIPMENT.
   The grantee shall construct, own, and operate its own head end equipment consisting of a community antenna and tower and satellite receiving station. The head end equipment shall be located within the city limits of the City of Schuyler or within three miles therefrom.
