§ 115.01 FRANCHISE GRANTED AND LIMITATIONS.
   The franchise to be granted by the City of Schuyler pursuant to this chapter shall grant to the grantee the right, privilege, and franchise to erect, construct, operate, and maintain in, upon, along, across, above, over, and under the streets, easements, alleys, public ways, and public places now laid out or dedicated and all the extensions thereto and additions thereto in the city; and poles, wire, cables, underground conduits, manholes, and other television conductors and fixtures necessary for the maintenance and operation of a CATV system for the interception, sale, transmission, and distribution of television programs and other audiovisual electrical signals and the right to transmit the same to the inhabitants of the city on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The City of Schuyler expressly reserves the right to grant a similar use of the streets, alleys, public ways, and places to any person at any time during the period of this franchise.
