In the event that the building to be moved is a structure of less than 600 square feet and the primary purpose of said building is to provide storage for the property, the Council may in its discretion waive the notice provisions set forth herein, as well as waive the requirement for a public hearing, and grant or deny the application without said notice or hearing. In the event the Council should waive these requirements, the fee required from the applicant or owner shall be $150.
