In the event the Council issues a permit to move said building, the applicant shall comply with all orders given to him by the Building Inspector and the Street Commissioner relative to the manner in which the building is to be moved on a portion of a street or other public ground. Failure to comply with the lawful orders of either the Building Inspector or Street Commissioner shall terminate the moving permit immediately.
