§ 113.056 REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   The Examining Board by a majority vote shall have power to revoke any master electrician’s certificate of registration, if the same was obtained through error or fraud, or if the recipient thereof is shown to be grossly incompetent, or has a second time willfully violated any of the provisions of the electrical code. If a certificate of registration is revoked, the holder of the same shall not apply for registration for one year after the revocation.
