Master electrician is hereby defined to be any person skilled in the planning, superintending, and practical installation of electrical equipment and who is familiar with the ordinances and regulations governing the same, and who is competent to install, repair, or alter electrical equipment, with the full responsibility of supervision, whether doing the work by himself or herself or employing journeyman electricians and apprentices to assist him or her. It shall further apply to any person duly licensed as such by the State of Nebraska.
