§ 113.033 NONRESIDENT REGISTRATION.
   Nonresident applicants, upon their satisfying the Examining Board of their competence, shall be granted a One Job License. Should the nonresident licensee reapply for a One Job License within a period of one year, a re-examination of the applicant may be waived by the Examining Board on the payment of the registration fee. All nonresident licensees obtaining a One Job Certificate shall file the same bond and liability insurance provided for resident gas fitters. As a condition to the issuance of a nonresident license, the licensee at the time of issuance must execute and file with the Municipal Clerk a designation of resident agent and power of attorney appointing the Municipal Clerk agent of the licensee to receive and accept service of summons within the municipality on all litigation that may arise from or as the result of the work of the nonresident licensee.
