Any person registered under the provisions of this chapter as a master plumber or journeyman plumber, who does not renew his or her certificate of registration for a period of 15 months after the expiration of same, shall pay the examination fee required by this chapter for a master plumber or journeyman plumber, and shall submit himself or herself to an examination by the Examining Board before the person can be again registered hereunder.
