§ 111.05 MISCELLANEOUS PROHIBITIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for the recipient of any license under this chapter to permit in the hall or alley any disturbance of the peace, drunkenness, fighting, the sale, use, presence, or drinking of any alcoholic liquors therein unless the licensees hereunder are also recipients of licenses under the Nebraska Liquor Control Act to sell beer at retail on-sale and off-sale for the same premise, recipients of licenses to sell hard liquor being ineligible to become recipients of licenses to operate billiard halls, pool halls, or bowling alleys. It shall further be unlawful to allow or permit therein any lewd or obscene pictures or practices, gambling of any nature, or the use of any checks or chips, except in exchange for merchandise.
