It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of vending unless he or she has first obtained a license from the city. All licenses shall be issued according to regulations established by the city including submitting to a background check, liability insurance and Fidelity Bond and application/license fees in the amounts designated and approved by City Council, by resolution or motion. Each conveyance or location must obtain a separate license.
