The following described territory in the city shall be and constitute the fire limits:
Beginning at the intersection of D Street and the north line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company right-of-way, thence south to 10th Street, thence west to a point on the east line of Colfax Street, thence north from said point to the northeast corner of the intersection of 11th Street and Colfax Street, thence west along the north line of 11th Street one-half block, thence north one block to the north line of 12th Street, thence west along the north line of the 12th Street, to Adam Street and thence north to north line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company right-of-way, thence in an easterly direction along the north line of said right-of-way to the place of beginning.
