(A) The rules and regulations promulgated by the office of the State Fire Marshal of the State of Nebraska relating to fire prevention are incorporated by reference into this code and made a part of this chapter as though spread at large herein together with all subsequent amendments thereto.
(B) The National Fire Prevention Code, 2000 Edition, and all subsequent amendments and additions thereto, are incorporated herein by reference. Said code shall have the same force and effect as if set forth verbatim herein. One copy of said Fire Prevention Code shall be on file with the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
