§ 94.010 JURISDICTION.
   The Mayor and Chief of Police of the municipality are directed to enforce this subchapter against all nuisances. The jurisdiction of the Mayor, Chief of Police, and court shall extend to, and the territorial application of this subchapter shall include the corporate limits of the city, as amended.
