§ 92.41 CROSSINGS.
   The Governing Body may order and cause to be constructed, under the supervision of the Street Commissioner, the street, avenue, and alley crossings as the Governing Body shall deem necessary. When a petition for the construction of any such crossings is filed by an interested resident in the office of the Municipal Clerk, the Municipal Clerk shall refer the application to the Street Commissioner who shall investigate and recommend to the Governing Body allowance, or rejection as final action by the Governing Body on the application.
