§ 92.40 NAMES AND NUMBERS.
   (A)   The Governing Body may at any time by ordinance rename a street, or provide a name for any new street. Buildings used for residence or business purposes, and located along the streets, shall be numbered in a manner provided by the Governing Body. It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector, upon erection of any new building, or buildings, to assign the proper number to the building, or buildings, and give notice to the owner, or owners, occupant, or occupants, of the same. The owner or occupant shall display the number of the building so assigned upon the front of the building in such a manner that the numbers shall be easily visible from the street in front of the building. Provided the numbers shall be a minimum height of three inches each.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the owner or manager of each multi-family dwelling to number each dwelling unit located within the multi-family dwelling. It shall further be the duty of the owner or manager of each multi-family dwelling to post at a conspicuous place near the main door or main lobby of the multifamily dwelling a list of the occupants of the multifamily dwelling and their corresponding unit number; provided this shall not be required where the dwelling unit has it own entrance from the outside.
   (C)   It shall be the duty of the owner of each multiple home park to devise a numbering system for each lot within the multiple home part and to conspicuously display that number upon the lot so as to be visible from the street in front of the lot.
