§ 91.02 USE OF MINNOWS AND LIVE BAIT FISH.
   It shall be unlawful to use live minnows or other live bait fish in any of the waters within the South Park system. It shall be unlawful to have in possession live minnows or live bait fish while fishing any of those waters comprising the South Park system.
