§ 90.55 DANGEROUS DOGS; ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to restrict or prohibit the City Council from establishing and enforcing other laws or ordinances that are at least as stringent as the provisions of this subchapter.
