§ 90.52 DANGEROUS OR POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS; FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   Any dangerous dog or potentially dangerous dog may be immediately confiscated by any city law enforcement officer or Animal Control Officer if the owner is in violation of this subchapter. The owner shall be responsible for the reasonable costs incurred by the city for the care of such confiscated dangerous dog or potentially dangerous dog, or for the destruction of any dangerous dog or potentially dangerous dog. In addition to any other penalty, a court may order the city to dispose of a dangerous dog or a potentially dangerous dog in an expeditious and humane manner.
