§ 90.49 DANGEROUS OR POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS; PROOF OF INSURANCE.
   Any dog that has been determined to be a dangerous dog by a court deterrnination or any dog administratively declared to be a potentially dangerous dog cannot be licensed (and therefore cannot be located within the city) unless the person having custody, ownership or control of such dog first presents written proof of public liability insurance of not less than $100,000 to the city. Such insurance shall be maintained in effect for the period such dangerous or potentially dangerous dog is so designated.
