Title XV sets forth provisions dealing with the permissible location of kennels in the zoning area of the city. Kennels are permitted by right in AG Agricultural District and the LI Limited Industrial Area. Kennels are permitted by special use permits only in the RR Rural Residential District, R-l Single Family Residential Zone, R-2 Urban Family Residential Zone, and GC General Commercial Zone. Provisions of Title XV shall be complied with prior to any person maintaining a kennel.
