(A) No more than two persons shall ride or propel a People Power Vehicle (PPV).
(B) No People Power Vehicle shall be ridden faster than is reasonable and proper, but every such vehicle shall be operated with reasonable regard to the safety of the operator or operators and any other persons upon the streets and public highways.
(C) Persons riding or operating People Power Vehicles shall observe all traffic signs and stop at all stop signs.
(D) No People Power Vehicle shall be permitted on any street or other public highway from one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise.
(E) No person or persons shall operate or propel a People Power Vehicle upon any street or other public highway abreast of another People Power Vehicle.
(F) Every person or persons riding or propelling a People Power Vehicle upon any street or other public highway shall observe all traffic rules and regulations applicable thereto, and shall turn only at intersections, signal for all turns, ride at the right-hand side of the street or highway, pass to the left when overtaking vehicles, and individuals that are slower moving and shall pass vehicles to the right when meeting.
(G) No person shall park a People Power Vehicle on any sidewalk and no People Power Vehicle shall be ridden on any sidewalk within the fire limits of the municipality.
(H) All People Power Vehicles shall be equipped with a flag of material visible for a distance of 100 yards and attached to a pole not less than six feet in height.
