For purposes of cleaning the streets of the municipality, parking is absolutely prohibited every day during the hours of 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on the following named streets: Colfax Street, A. Street, B. Street, and C Street running south from the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way to the south line of Tenth (10th) Street Twelfth (12th) Street running east from the west line of Colfax Street to the east line of C Street; and Eleventh (11th) Street running east from the west line of Colfax Street to the east line of D Street.
