§ 73.20 THROUGHWAYS.
   Whenever the Governing Body shall designate a street or highway within the municipality as a throughway, the Governing Body may also, at its discretion, prohibit parking along the entire length of any such designation. If the prohibition is deemed necessary by the Governing Body, signs indicating the prohibition shall be placed at regular intervals along the route. In no case shall parking be permitted along the route of Highway 30 within the municipality.
