§ 73.16 MOTOR VEHICLES; CURRENT LICENSE.
   No person shall operate, drive, or park, or cause to be operated, driven, or parked a motor vehicle on any public highway, road, street, or public right-of-way unless the vehicle shall have affixed thereto one license plate on the back of the motor vehicle, and one license plate on the front of the motor vehicle, which license plates are properly issued and currently in full force and effect.
