The Governing Body may, by resolution, prohibit the parking or stopping of vehicles at the curb on streets directly in front of any entrance to a school house, school building, or theatre, and the curbs adjacent to the entrance of the school house, school building, or theatre shall be painted red to indicate the prohibition.
