§ 73.02 CONGESTED DISTRICT DESCRIBED.
   When reference is made to the congested district of the municipality, it shall refer to Tenth (10th), Eleventh (11th), and Twelfth (12th) Streets from the west line of Colfax Street to the east line of D Street; A, B, C, and D Streets from Tenth (10th) Street to the Union Pacific Railroad Company right-of-way.
