(A) No vehicle traveling on a city street in one direction shall turn at any place other than at an intersection so as to park in a diagonal or parallel parking space on the opposite side of the street.
(B) This provision shall apply only to the following areas: 10th Street from Colfax Street to C Street; 11th Street from Colfax Street to D Street; 12th Street from Colfax Street to D Street; A Street from 10th Street to Railside Green Drive; B Street from 10th Street to the U.P. Railroad tracks; C Street from 10th Street to 12th Street; and D Street from its intersection with the alley south of the Courthouse to 12th Street.
