§ 72.06 TURNING; “U” TURNS.
   No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction, except at a street intersection. No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction at any intersection where an automatic signal is in operation or where a stop sign has been placed.
