§ 71.10 VEHICLES; UNATTENDED.
   No person having control or charge of a motor vehicle shall allow the vehicle to stand unattended without first effectively setting the brakes thereon and, when standing upon any grade, without turning the front wheels of the vehicle to the curb side of the street. The driver of a motor vehicle, when traveling upon a down grade upon any street, shall not coast with the gears of the vehicle in neutral.
