§ 70.27 CARRYING PASSENGERS IN CARGO AREAS OF PICKUP TRUCKS OR OTHER VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to carry passengers in the cargo area of a pickup truck or other vehicle, except that this chapter shall not apply when a pickup or other vehicle is being used for a valid purpose. A valid purpose shall include:
      (1)   An agricultural or business purpose; and/or
      (2)   Any purpose when permission has first been obtained from the Governing Body.
   (B)   It shall be lawful to carry passengers in the cargo area of a pickup truck or other vehicle when it is equipped with a pickup camper or other similar enclosure.
