§ 70.26 PASSING LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   No driver shall overtake and pass another vehicle, or drive to the left of center of the roadway whenever:
      (1)   The view is not clearly visible for a distance sufficient to accomplish the overtaking, and is not free from oncoming traffic for a distance sufficient to permit the overtaking vehicle to return to an authorized lane of traffic before coming within 200 feet of an approaching vehicle and to permit the overtaking vehicle to be clear of the overtaken vehicle;
      (2)   He or she approaches within 100 feet of or traverses any intersection or railroad grade crossing; and/or
      (3)   The section of roadway is designated as a no-passing zone.
   (B)   The limitations imposed by divisions (A)(2) and (A)(3) above shall not apply when an obstruction exists which requires a driver to drive to the left of the center of the highway nor to the driver of a vehicle turning left into or from an alley, private road, or driveway unless otherwise prohibited by signs.
