§ 70.25 NEGLIGENT DRIVING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in a negligent manner by failing to give the attention to the nature or probable consequences of his or her acts or omissions as a prudent person would ordinarily bestow upon his or her own concerns.
