§ 70.15 DRUNKEN DRIVING; PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, or be in actual physical control of, any motor vehicle while under the influence of alcoholic liquor, or of any drug. Any person who shall operate or be in actual physical control of any motor vehicle while under the influence of alcoholic liquor, or of any drug, shall be deemed guilty of a crime, and upon conviction thereof, the person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, and shall be ordered by the court as part of the judgment of conviction not to drive any motor vehicle for any purpose for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than one year from the date of the payment of satisfaction of the fine. For purposes of this section, the determination of whether an individual is under the influence of either alcohol or drugs shall be prescribed in the Nebraska Revised Statutes.
