§ 52.29 PLACEMENT OF PRIVATE WELLS, SEPTIC TANKS, AND OTHER POTENTIAL SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION IN REFERENCE TO MUNICIPAL WATER WELLS.
   (A)   Municipal water wells of the City of Schuyler are wells owned by the Department of Utilities of the city and intended to provide water for the public water supply system. None of the following potential sources of contamination shall be located, constructed, or modified within the minimum horizontal distance set forth below from a municipal water well:

   (B)   These minimum setbacks may be waived by the City Council if recommended by the Board of Public Works, and a finding is made by the Board of Public Works that the waiver would not endanger the Schuyler municipal water supply.
