§ 52.27 HOSE REGULATIONS.
   No hose or toilet shall be used unless water is furnished through a meter. The right is reserved to suspend the use of fountains and hose for sprinkling yards and gardens whenever in the opinion of the Utilities Superintendent the public exigency may require it.
