§ 50.29 PUBLIC SEWERS REQUIRED; UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF UNTREATED SEWAGE.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge to any natural outlet within the municipality, or within two miles of the corporate limits thereof, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the municipality, any sewage or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with subsequent provisions of this chapter.
