§ 50.07 INSTALLATION EXPENSE.
   The customer shall be required to pay the expense of procuring the materials required as well as the services of a licensed plumber and shall pay all the expense of installation including the tap fee prescribed by the Board of Public Works and on file at the office of the Municipal Clerk and at the office of the Utilities Superintendent.
