§ 119.442 SANITARY CONDITIONS.
   (A)   All veterinary hospitals shall be kept free and clean from decaying food and from filth of any kind.
   (B)   Every place kept as a veterinary hospital shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no refuse or waste material shall be allowed to remain thereon for more than twenty four (24) hours.
   (C)   All parts of such buildings, premises or enclosures shall be disinfected from time to time and shall be kept in a sanitary condition.
   (D)   All animals shall be humanely treated and any animal having any disease shall be properly isolated and quarantined.
