§ 119.422 APPLICATION.
   (A)   An application to conduct a temporary retail sales business within the Village shall be made to the Village Clerk.
   (B)   The application shall contain information such as may be required by the Village Clerk, including, but not limited to, the name, address and telephone number of the person or principles desiring to conduct the business, the name and address of the person or business applying for the license, the names and addresses of all employees who will be participating in the retail sales conducted within the Village and the state sales tax number applicable to the conduct of the business.
   (C)   The application shall be accompanied by written permission from the owner of the properly zoned premises upon which the business is to be conducted.
