§ 119.420 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of temporary retail sales within the Village without first having obtained a license therefor from the Village Clerk, provided that no license issued pursuant hereto shall authorize the sale of items other than plants, trees, vegetation, and vegetable products.
