(A) Scale drawings or blueprints shall be submitted in triplicate to the Director of Community Development of the Village as well as to the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the Schiller Park Fire Department and approved by each before any construction of, addition to or remodeling of any service station is undertaken. Such drawings shall carry the name of the person proposing the installation and the location and shall show the following additional information:
(1) The plot to be utilized and its immediate surroundings on all sides, with all property lines designated and adjacent streets and highways named.
(2) The complete installation as proposed, including tanks and their capacity, pumps, buildings, drives and all other equipment.
(3) The clearance from the tanks to property lines.
(4) The type of construction of the buildings with a clear drawing showing that there will be no basement, cellar or excavation under any portion.
(5) The location of all the basements, cellars or pits of other buildings on the property or on adjacent property and the location of tanks with reference thereto. If a building has no basement, cellar or pit, a note shall be made to that effect.
(6) The location of sewers, manholes, catch basins, cesspools, septic tanks, wells or cisterns, whether the property, adjacent property or in adjoining streets, highways or alleys, and the location of the tanks with reference thereto. If there is no sewer, manhole or catch basin in a street or alley, or no sewer, manhole or cesspool, no septic tank, well or cistern on any property, a note to that effect shall be made in the proper place.
(7) The location of vent pipe outlets and fill pipes.
(B) All drawings shall be accompanied by an application for approval made out in triplicate on blanks furnished by the Village Clerk.
