§ 119.377 VEHICLES.

Any vehicle used by a person engaged in the business of a scavenger shall be watertight and equipped with airtight covers for the portions that are used for the transportation of refuse. It shall be unlawful for any such vehicle to be driven over or through any street in the Village on Sunday.
