(A) Frequency. No garage or yard sale shall be held more than twice in any 12-month period.
(B) Duration. No such sale shall extend for a greater period of time than 72 consecutive hours.
(C) Location. No used household merchandise or materials shall be displayed within any of the required front or side yards established by the zoning district in which the zoning lot is situated.
(D) Permits. A permit to conduct a garage or yard sale activity must be obtained from the office of the Village Clerk before commencing that activity. The permit will be issued at no charge and must be predominantly displayed during the course of the garage/yard sale activity.
