§ 119.201 COMPLIANCE WITH WHOLESALE AND RETAIL REGULATIONS.
   Any person conducting, participating in, allowing upon his or her real property or otherwise offering to sell used household merchandise and materials while engaged in garage/yard sale activities within a residential district shall comply with all ordinances and regulations of the Village applicable to the types of used household merchandise and materials being offered for resale.
