§ 119.162 GENERAL OPERATING REQUIREMENTS.
   The following operating requirements shall apply to florists and nurseries licensed in accordance with this Subchapter:
   (A)   No owner or operator of a florist shop shall permit any dead or dying vegetation to remain in or upon the premises so as to cause noxious or disagreeable odors.
   (B)   No licensee shall sell Christmas trees, unless the location of such sale of Christmas trees has been inspected and approved by the Director of Community Development in order to determine that the conduct of such business at such location will not constitute a fire hazard or endanger the safety of the public. No licensee shall be authorized to sell Christmas trees, unless the licensee shall deposit with the Director of Finance a cash bond in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for each location for which a license is issued. Such bond shall be refunded to the licensee within five (5) days after the discontinuance or termination of such sale, provided that all trees, branches and parts thereof have been removed from the premises and that the premises have been left in a clean and orderly condition.
