§ 119.138 REGULATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person registered under the provisions of this subchapter to install any electrical appliances, wiring or fixtures without strict compliance with the ordinances relating to the fixtures and it shall be unlawful for any person to do any work without having obtained the permits as may be required.
